Includes coordination with rental services and caterer (note: can recommend caterer, florist, music, photographer and any other wedding related vendor needed).
Reception site includes a pavilion with the following features:
- The pavilion sits on the hilltop of the farm and overlooks the stunning view of the valley.
- It seats approximately 180 people with overhead dimable lighting, electrical outlets and speakers.
- Drop-down vinyl white sidings with window can be utilized in case of inclement weather.
Reception site also includes the barn with the following features:
- The barn is connected to the pavilion by a flat stone walkway with a 40 foot long canopy.
- Hard wood floors provide a great dance area.
- L shaped bar offers an area to serve drinks.
- Overhead lighting can be dimmed for a romantic setting.
- Perfect area for cocktail hour while the wedding party takes some pictures.
Days and times that facility is available are as follows:
- Saturdays only in late May, June, July, August, September and the first Saturday in October.
- Hours available on Saturdays are from 10 AM to 11 PM (note: caterer can come earlier to setup).
- One hour rehearsal time is available for the Friday before a Saturday wedding.
Deposit requirements:
- A 50 % deposit (NONREFUNDABLE) is required to reserve event.
- Payment of balance is required 60 days prior to event date.
